Student Riders Requirements:
1. Students must have a valid Student’s Permit or Driver’s License.
2. Course fees should be fully settled before confirmation of training schedules.
3. Students need to provide their own helmet and safety gears (gloves, elbow & knee pads).
4. For beginners, students should know how to ride a bicycle. A video will need to be submitted as proof that they can ride a bicycle safely.
5. Proper clothing and footwear are required for the training sessions. Long-sleeved shirt, long pants and rubber shoes or boots are required. Failure to wear the proper clothing and footwear can cause the cancellation and forfeiture of the scheduled training session.
6.Choice of transmission is final upon enrollment. No request of change of transmission will be made during the training day.
7. Students must arrive at the training center at least 15 minutes before the scheduled training session.
8. Students need to complete the 15 hours mandated training hours. Students who will be late for more than 30 mins can still continue the training but will not be issued a certificate.
9. Training will be temporarily stopped in case of heavy rains or winds. Training continues in light rains condition.
10. Smoking inside the training facility is strictly prohibited. Intoxicated students are not allowed to attend to their training sessions and can cause the cancellation and forfeiture of the training session.
11. For request for cancellation of theoretical or practical driving schedule, a student is required to call the branch registrar at least 48 hours before his/her scheduled training session. Failure to call within the said period and/or failure to attend a scheduled training session shall be considered forfeited.
12. The company reserves the right to cancel anytime the practical driving session, if the irresponsible behavior of the student driver puts the safety of the driving instructor, training vehicle and other road users at risk.
13. Registration is non-transferable and valid for 60 days only upon enrollment. Full withdrawal of the registration/course fee shall only be allowed within 60 days after registration and before the scheduled theoretical or first practical driving session. No refund (in full or in part) shall be granted if the student had already started with their theoretical or practical driving session.
